Finance Intern - Controlling & Accounting (m/f/d)

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in finance within a manufacturing environment? As a Finance Intern - Controlling & Accounting , you will support the local finance team in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and accounting activities while developing a strong understanding of operational and manufacturing finance. This 12-month internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to build practical experience in controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while working alongside experienced finance professionals. Support monthly profit and loss (P&L) reporting and financial analysis activities. Assist in preparing forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process. Perform actual versus plan variance analyses and help identify key business drivers. Support accounting reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data. Contribute to operational productivity and cost-savings reporting. Assist with product costing, standard costing, and finance process improvement or automation initiatives. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field. Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with large datasets. Fluency in both English and Slovak, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
