Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Accounting Supervisor

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Accounting Supervisor. The individual will oversee financial operations, supervise budgeting processes, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounting records, auditing financial data, streamlining financial workflows, and collaborating with team members to support fundraising and fund management for alumni-related initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Record Management Analytical skills with experience in Financial Reporting and Compliance Strong understanding of Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Regulations Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus)
