Finance Tech Senior Consultant

The Opportunity To support the continued growth of OneStream EPM implementation, enhancement, and support engagements, we are seeking to hire Onestream Consultants. These roles will strengthen our delivery capability, expand technical expertise, and help meet increasing client demand for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. Your Key Responsibilities · Lead OneStream EPM solution design, implementation, and enhancement activities. · Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable OneStream solutions. · Design and oversee financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and account reconciliation processes. · Lead data integration, workflow configuration, and application architecture activities. · Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations to clients. · Support project planning, estimations, risk management, and delivery governance. · Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices across implementation engagements. · Contribute to solution development, proposal preparation, and practice growth initiatives. Skills and attributes for success · Strong knowledge of OneStream EPM platform capabilities and architecture. · Experience with financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. · Understanding of finance transformation and EPM best practices. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. · Ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver quality outcomes. > · 4+ years Experience leading end-to-end OneStream implementation projects. · Experience with Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting processes. > · A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. · Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset. · Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
