Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a growing banking and financial services organization. This role will work closely with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or accounting.SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.AttributesHighly detail-oriented and organized.Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.Compensation$75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
