This accolade reflects our dedication to creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their best.   The Opportunity: Scope of the Position Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Financial Analyst role calls for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills. This position is responsible for supporting core finance functions including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis of accounting data, financial information, and organizational assets. Duties and Responsibilities * Collect and analyze financial information to provide timely, accurate and consistent financial reports. * Maintain and ensure the data integrity of monthly management reports for operations/branch managers and department leads. * Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning. * Provide analytics on assigned business units to support planning and decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers. * Prepare regular weekly cash flow forecasts and analysis. * Support the Manager of FP&A with special projects, procedure automation and process improvements. * Assist the accounting team with year-end and audit processes. * Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as required. Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. * Enrolled in CPA program is a plus. * Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A. * Strong knowledge of accounting software and database. * Experienced with Microsoft 365, including intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative. * A flexible self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Experience in the full budgeting cycle is an asset.     What we offer: The target salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
