We are currently seeking a Security, Facility, and Fleet Coordinator to support Spent Fuel Handling Project. What We Need: We are looking for a Security, Facility, and Fleet Coordinator for our Spent Fuel Handling Project (SFHP) Office in Idaho Falls. Our project is near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab, which is approximately 55 miles from Idaho Falls. Our Coordinator role will be to provide Duties & Responsibilities Include: Performs essential duties & responsibilities in a variety of administrative tasks in support of IT and Security. Schedule meetings/use of the Main Conference Room in coordination with other administrators. Greet guests, monitor visitor sign-in sheet and badges, and coordinate/escort with other departments from visitors in the building. Primary contact for landlord and other maintenance in the building Coordinate deliveries to site & truck reservations Take inventory and stock office/paper supplies for the in-town office and IT and Security both, in town and on site. Prepare and obtain authorization for purchase requisitions. Assist with NDAs for new hires Receive/sort and document incoming mail and packages. Follow package delivery procedures outlined by the procurement department Implement security measures to protect sensitive information Maintain confidentiality and integrity of both physical and electronic records. Occasional travel to our project facility as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Prior administrative support with access controls Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information Experience in multi-tasking within a fast-paced office environment Computer literate and document creation/production of PDFs and Microsoft Office products (i.e, minimum skills required in Excel, Word and email BA or BS desirable; High School diploma or equivalent is required as a minimum. Strong organizational and time management skills. Essential Functions: Work schedule 9 80s (7-4 M-Th 7-11 Fri), intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements are limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. The longest distance carried 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. Occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity. Compensation Details: $60,000 - $75,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
