About The Role We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team at W3care Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications that serve a user base of over 90 million customers. You will work closely with a diverse team that has experience in multiple web-based and mobile applications, both internal and external. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering native mobile applications in production environments and possess a deep understanding of mobile development best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in developing native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Strong knowledge of hybrid mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration techniques. Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and best practices for performance optimization. Understanding of software development lifecycle, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work seamlessly with team members. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality mobile applications. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. Develop, test, and maintain hybrid mobile applications ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical specifications for mobile projects. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate future enhancements and troubleshooting. Implement rigorous testing protocols, including writing unit and integration tests to ensure application stability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile development. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality. Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold quality standards.
