Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Algiers for a Flutter Developer. You will design, develop, and ship cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) from design specs. Daily responsibilities include integrating REST APIs, managing app state, flagging UX gaps, and delivering without being pushed What You Will Do Build cross-platform Flutter apps (iOS + Android) from design specs Integrate REST APIs — auth, payments, real-time features, push notifications Manage app state properly (Bloc / Riverpod / GetX — you have an opinion) Read a mockup and flag what is missing — edge cases, UX gaps, constraints Test, fix, and ship — without being pushed Qualifications 3+ years of Flutter in production — apps live on the App Store or Play Store Solid Dart, clean widget architecture Firebase: Auth, FCM, Firestore, Storage At least one app with real-time features or payment integration You understand why a flow is built that way — not just how to code it You ask questions about the UX, not just the spec Not a Fit If Your portfolio is YouTube clone tutorials You are looking for remote-only How to Apply 📩 talent@tinitec.com Subject: [Flutter] First Last + link to published app(s)
