About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at WTF Gyms. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and developing our flagship mobile application, ensuring it provides a world-class experience across both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create stunning UI/UX, integrate APIs, and optimize app performance. Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years specifically in Flutter. Proficiency in Dart programming language and extensive knowledge of Flutter framework and widgets. Experience in designing and implementing complex UI/UX with pixel-perfect precision. Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod. Proven ability to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly. Familiarity with Firebase suite, including Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications. Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and scaling skills for mobile applications. Knowledge of platform-specific design principles and guidelines for iOS and Android. Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools. A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience. Responsibilities Take full ownership of the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the WTF mobile application, ensuring a seamless experience across iOS and Android devices. Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, visually appealing Flutter widgets. Implement and maintain real-time API integrations, ensuring accurate data flow and communication with backend services. Develop and manage logical workflows and state management solutions to ensure app stability and responsiveness. Optimize app performance by monitoring and improving load times, animations, and overall responsiveness, utilizing tools like Flutter DevTools, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry. Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee code quality and stability. Work closely with QA teams to establish rigorous testing protocols, identifying and resolving bugs efficiently. Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve existing functionalities.
