Inspect products for visible damage or defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Work effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 12-hour shift. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Able to work in a dusty enviroment. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to safely stack and move products throughout the shift. Work Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts. Must be able to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, day and night shifts as required with occasional overtime.
