This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, engineering, operations, business strategy, product development, supply chain and international business while receiving direct mentorship from the Founder. ## Requirements **Key Responsibilities** \- Analyse and solve complex business and manufacturing problems. \- Improve production efficiency and operational processes. \- Support engineering and automation projects. \- Assist in business development and international customer interactions. \- Conduct market, product and cost analysis. \- Coordinate cross-functional projects across different teams. \- Travel domestically and internationally as required. **Requirements** \- B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical preferred; all engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply). \- 0–4 years of professional experience. \- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. \- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam. \- Willingness to travel internationally. \- Long-term commitment and eagerness to learn. **What We Offer** \- Compensation: ₹12–30 Lakhs per annum (CTC), based on qualifications, experience and performance. \- Direct mentorship from the Founder. \- Exposure to international business and global customers. \- Rapid learning across multiple business functions. \- Significant responsibility from day one. \- Opportunity to grow into a leadership role. \- Company-sponsored work permit and employment visa. \- One-way flight ticket to Vietnam upon joining. \- Company-provided accommodation. \- Food allowance/support. \- International travel opportunities for business assignments.
