Job description
We are the top media company in sales behind the #1 sales podcast (3M+ downloads per year) and bestselling book, Cold Calling Sucks (And That's Why It Works).
And as our Founding Sales Development Representative, you'll be a critical member of the GTM team with our 2 founding AEs and CEO while getting your MBA in sales along the way.
This is a 0:1 role with huge upside reporting directly into the founder (me, Armand!).

You'll build our outbound engine and turn 30MPC's audience into pipeline:
- Generate Pipeline From Day 1: You'll cold call, email, and social prospect into our built-in audience of sales leaders to book qualified meetings.
- Live the Frameworks You're Selling: You'll master the 30MPC playbook (from cold calling to discovery to negotiation) so you can speak the exact language of the sales leaders you're prospecting.
- Own Your Book: You'll manage your own pipeline of accounts, set your outreach strategy, and report on what's working.
- Build This Function 0:1: You'll help us build the outbound playbook and prospecting process from scratch.

- Sharpness To Learn: You're excited to geek out about the craft of sales and want to master cold calling, discovery, and negotiation, not just make a paycheck.
- Top 1% Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You can get someone fired up about something without rambling their ears off.
- Relentless Drive: You've got the resilience to handle rejection and keep dialing, day after day (and we'll be there in the trenches with you because this is an outbound team).
- Desire to Build: You're comfortable in early-stage ambiguity where you'll help build the process, not just follow one.
Location & Compensation
- Hybrid in New York (3 days in office)
- Compensation Range: $70-90k OTE (commensurate with experience) — flag: adjust to your target; market data below.
