We are looking for FP&A Manager to join our Bobcat team. As an FP&A Manager , you will provide financial support to our Aftermarket Business Units and oversee SG&A controlling across EMEA. You will act as a trusted business partner, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance. We´re looking for someone who can: Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other stakeholders on financial matters Analyze business performance, profitability, pricing and cost trends Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and management presentations Lead budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) activities Monitor and control SG&A expenses across the EMEA region Support financial forecasting and variance analysis Perform gross margin and profitability analyses Provide business case evaluations and ad hoc financial analyses Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting standards Support audits, inventory reviews and financial reporting processes What sets you apart: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Financial Analysis within an international environment Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting Experience with profitability and cost analysis Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint Experience with ERP and reporting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Structured and detail-oriented approach Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders Fluent English What you get in return: Flexibility That Works for You – Flexible working hours and work from home.
