This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for creating atmosphere and visual impact through lighting.Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate lighting systems for live eventsWork with conventional, LED, and intelligent lighting fixturesCollaborate with the production team to design and execute lighting looksAssist with rigging, cabling, and power distribution as neededQualifications:2+ years of lighting experience in live events or theatreProficiency with consoles such as MA, ETC, or Chamsys preferredKnowledge of DMX addressing, power distribution, and fixture maintenanceStrong teamwork and time management skillsReliable transportation and willingness to work nights/weekendsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAvailability for local travelAbility to lift 50 lbs
