Purpose / Objective: Develop personal clientele and be instrumental in the development, enhancement and success of Jimmy Choo. Role and Key Responsibilities: Represent the brand through client interactions and act as a brand ambassador in the community Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities) Maintain a high level of product knowledge Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets) Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales Assist with inventory and special projects as needed Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times Be proficient with the register system(s) — The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
