Role Purpose To oversee and optimize daily e-commerce warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity achievement, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role is responsible for managing warehouse resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business growth. Core Competencies Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure operational excellence. Lead and develop warehouse teams through effective coaching, training, performance management, and workforce planning. Optimize workforce productivity by managing attendance, shift schedules, resource allocation, and team performance. Monitor and improve operational performance through KPI tracking, inventory accuracy control, and SLA achievement. Drive operational excellence and compliance by implementing process improvements, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Professional background or academic studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management are preferred. Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent will be considered an advantage. 5+ years of warehouse operations experience. Minimum 2-3 years managing teams within a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment. Proven experience leading teams of 20-100+ employees in fast-paced operations.
