The Opportunity As a Full Stack Developer (Senior Associate) in our Technology Consulting practice, you will design, develop and deliver scalable, secure and user-centric digital solutions for clients across industries. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to client delivery, solution development and business development activities in a fast-paced professional services environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, test and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or AngularJS. Develop robust backend services, APIs and integrations using technologies such as .NET and Node.js. Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs, reusable components and high-quality software. Apply sound software engineering practices, including clean coding, code reviews, source control, automated testing, documentation and secure development. Diagnose and resolve application, integration, performance and production issues across the technology stack. Work with architects, designers, engineers, product owners and client stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and to agreed quality standards. Contribute to Agile delivery activities, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives. Support DevOps practices by contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, monitoring and operational readiness. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and coaching. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, solutioning, effort estimation, client presentations, demonstrations and development of reusable assets. To qualify for the role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full stack software development, preferably within consulting, professional services or a client-facing delivery environment Hands-on familiarity with one or more frontend technologies, including React.js, Next.js, Vue.js and AngularJS. Hands-on familiarity with backend development using .NET and/or Node.js, including API design and system integration. Good understanding of software development principles, object-oriented or functional programming concepts, data structures, design patterns and application architecture. Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases, version control and modern testing approaches. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, automated testing, containerisation, cloud environments, monitoring and release management. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively in teams and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Willingness to support proposals, pursuits and other business development initiatives. Experience with additional frontend or backend languages and frameworks. Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud. Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, event-driven solutions, containers or orchestration platforms. Knowledge of secure coding, accessibility, performance optimisation and software quality practices.
