Functional Analyst & Test Coordinator

You'll play a key role in delivering reliable and compliant regulatory reporting solutions focused on Solvency II and CRR/COREP . What you'll do: Analyze and translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specifications. Coordinate End-to-End, UAT and Regression Testing activities. Work closely with Risk, Finance, Treasury, IT and Reporting stakeholders. Validate complex data and reporting calculations using SQL. Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions. What we're looking for: Experience in Solvency II and/or CRR/COREP regulatory reporting. Strong functional analysis and testing coordination background. Good understanding of banking, finance, accounting or insurance processes. Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis and validation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English. Nice to have: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Jira experience. Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL, RiskIntegrity or RiskPro.
