General Foreman

The successful candidate must be able to manage up to five (5) trade foreman and seventy-five (75) tradesmen. Provide daily direction and technical assistance to their foremen and hourly personnel. Manage the performance of their groups for safety, quality, cost and schedule performance as well as promoting and implementing process improvements. Be responsible for the administration and execution of associated work paper (i.e. SWSS, TGI's, ER's, UNSATS, Test Forms, NCRs, etc.) Support area SUPT's where trade expertise is required.
