Work with your Business Development Manager to build and deliver an ambitious business plan. Make the most of the pub's fantastic riverside location and position in the heart of Salisbury. Continue developing the food, drink, sport and entertainment offer. Maintain the high standards expected of a flagship Greene King site. Challenge yourself and the team to continually improve what we do. 👊 What we're looking for This is a role for someone who is comfortable running a big operation and excited by the opportunity to make an already successful business even better. You'll ideally have: Proven experience as a General Manager running a large, high-volume or high-turnover site . A strong commercial mindset and demonstrable experience of driving sales and profitability. The confidence to lead a large team and manage a complex operation. A track record of developing people and building high-performing teams. Excellent leadership and communication skills. High standards and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into commercial results. Energy, ambition and a genuine passion for hospitality.
