Our mission is to create a new generation of boxers with style, sophistication, and sweat.POSITION:The General Manager is responsible for meeting studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by pre-planning with strategic community outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. This is a FTE position and will be based out of Montvale, NJ. The General Manager must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. The General Manager must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness membership sales or retail/service sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsOrganized, proficient in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlinesProfessional, punctual, and reliableStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the publicProficiency with computers and studio software.DUTIES:Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classesMembership salesManage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendorsEnsuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales AssociatesHire, manage, and train team members Display proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue & attendance reportsIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing membership duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce Rumble’s policies, procedures, and brand standardsEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stockedSchedule and participate in lead generation and networking eventsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performanceCommission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential within the company.
