GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN , HUGO BOSS , SWAROVSKI , DAVIDOFF, ESCADA AND JOOP FRAGRANCES From January 2027 Hugo Boss , Swarovski and core brands fragrances Business Development team is looking for a 6 month s internship from J anuary 202 7 . The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du 4 Septemb er 75002). RESPONSIBILITIES As our Global business development Intern , your main focus will be to implement the fragrance initiatives in international markets. The Global Business development team is a commercial team, embedded in the brand, whose top line missions are to: Build and implement long-term business develompent strategies surrounding the 4 Ps across retail channels to successfully establish Coty brands and accelerate market share growth Steer & monitor market performances Fuel brand global teams with market updates and business performance Be the voice TO the markets and OF the markets Working at Coty means being part of a dynamic and international environment. The Global Business development team collaborates closely with various Coty business units worldwide, including Local /Global Trade Marketing, Local Marketing, and the Global Marketing teams for Fragrance. You will also interact with other key departments such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Media, and Global Promotions, all based in Paris. Surrounded by passionate beauty professionals, you will join a fast-paced, business-oriented team, gaining valuable insights into regional market dynamics and key business drivers across different markets. You will be reporting to Global Business Development Senior Manager, Some of your responsibilities may include: Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing analysis. In charge of consolidating post-launch recap presentations Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations Run market and competitor analysis Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to interact with cross-functional teams and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. As an experienced Trade Marketer, you coordinate requests and feedback with your peers and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, we are looking for: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent written and spoken English & French Strategic thinker with a proactive and independent mindset, capable of balancing big-picture objectives with attention to detail. Strong project management skills , able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders while identifying challenges and driving solutions. Excellent team player , with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional and affiliate teams.
