Here's what sets you apart: Proven experience leading and scaling an enterprise sales organisation in the UK and North America. Track record of delivering significant revenue growth in a consulting, technology or SaaS environment. Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based selling and strategic customer management. Experience owning multi-million-pound revenue targets and forecasting at executive level. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Nice to have: Experience within the SAP ecosystem and enterprise transformation market. Experience selling AI-enabled services or SaaS products. Understanding of how to transition from founder-led sales to a scalable commercial function. About the role We are looking for an ambitious and experienced commercial leader to lead and scale our global sales function which spans the UK and North America. You will be accountable for our global revenue number across new customer acquisition, existing account growth and recurring revenue streams. Rather than being the individual leading every sale, your primary focus will be to build a high-performing sales organisation, develop the team, create a scalable operating model and ensure we have the capability, process and culture to support our next phase of growth. Working closely with the CEO, CCO and wider leadership team, you will define our go-to-market strategy, develop our commercial capability and ensure our sales engine is predictable, measurable and built for scale. Your responsibilities will include: Commercial Leadership & Strategy Own the global revenue sales number. Refine and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy. Build a predictable sales engine with clear pipeline management, forecasting and performance metrics. Implement MEDDPICC, tooling and operating rhythms that enable scale. Provide accurate revenue forecasting and commercial insights to the CEO, executive team and board of directors. Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team Lead, coach and develop the UK and US sales team to consistently exceed targets. Recruit and grow the sales organisation as the business scales. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure the team is effectively managing both new logo opportunities and strategic customer growth. Set clear objectives, KPIs and development plans for the team. Customer growth & Market Expansion Ensure strategic relationships are built and maintained with senior customer stakeholders. Drive expansion within existing accounts, identifying opportunities across consulting services and AI-enabled offerings. Support the sales team in navigating large, strategic opportunities and executive-level engagements. Act as an executive sponsor on key strategic accounts where required. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Marketing to create a repeatable demand generation engine. Work closely with Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure propositions remain relevant, differentiated and commercially successful. Collaborate with SAP and other partners to drive revenue growth. Bring market intelligence and customer insight into the development of new services and offerings. Help shape the long-term commercial strategy of the business.
