You'll: Turn inbound enquiries into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and identifying the right technical solutions. Build technical expertise in hazardous area applications, product compliance and industry standards, developing the knowledge to become a trusted customer advisor. Support customers through demonstrations, quotations and sales discussions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Work alongside experienced Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to help achieve UK sales growth targets. Develop your career through structured training and hands-on experience, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow. Work towards career progression within your first 18 months , with the potential to expand your responsibilities into international markets as your experience develops. How you will make a difference You'll be joining a team where your contribution matters from the beginning. You'll: Help customers solve real-world challenges by identifying the right technical solutions for their applications. Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, creating a positive and professional customer experience. Contribute to business growth by converting opportunities into sales and supporting UK revenue targets. Build trust with customers by developing your technical expertise, product knowledge and understanding of industry standards. Work collaboratively across Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure customers receive timely and effective support. Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as you develop your career with us. What you should be good at You don't need to arrive as an experienced salesperson or technical expert. We're looking for potential, curiosity and someone who's motivated to learn and develop. You'll be someone who: Is a graduate looking to build a career in technical sales. Enjoys communicating with people and building strong relationships. Is curious about technology, engineering and how products can solve real-world customer challenges. Is willing to learn technical product knowledge, industry standards and hazardous area principles. Can listen to customer requirements and help identify the most appropriate solutions. Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and following up on opportunities. Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of a business. Has the confidence to ask questions, share ideas and take ownership of their own development. Your development and progression We'll invest in you from day one.
