Graduate Transfer Pricing Consultant

BDO Ireland LLP has an opportunity for ambitious graduates to begin their career within Transfer Pricing. As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will work with multinational groups to help them manage transfer pricing requirements, comply with evolving tax regulations and support their international business strategies. You will gain exposure to a broad range of clients and industries while developing technical, analytical and commercial skills through a combination of hands-on experience, structured training and professional qualification support. Working alongside experienced tax professionals, you will contribute to client engagements involving transfer pricing planning, documentation, compliance and dispute resolution matters. This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy producing high-quality written work, building professional relationships and developing a strong understanding of how businesses operate internationally. Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to analyse information, apply reasoning and present complex concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
