Role Description We are hiring a Group Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Goregaon office. In this role, you will lead multiple client accounts, coordinate with teams to develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns, and ensure alignment with client objectives. Your responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery, developing proposals, and managing client expectations. You will also strategize and collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to drive impactful campaigns targeted at semi-urban and rural audiences. Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, and Marketing strategies Strong knowledge of Advertising, particularly in Digital Campaigns and Rural Marketing Strategic thinking, Business Development skills, and the ability to craft impactful solutions Project and Team Management skills to oversee multi-functional collaborations Exceptional Communication, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation abilities Familiarity with the dynamics of semi-urban, Tier 2/3, and rural markets Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience working with creative agencies or in advertising roles is a strong advantage Passion for the rural growth story and a commitment to making an impact
