Job description
Company Description
Pixtech is a UK-based software studio building a portfolio of SaaS products for small and medium businesses. We are a small team of operators who ship well-designed products that solve real problems for the people who use them, and we move at the pace early-stage work demands.
Our stack is modern, lean, and AI-augmented end to end: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, and Stripe. Output over pedigree. Done beats perfect. Headquartered in London.
Role Description
We are hiring a Growth Marketer to own the entire go-to-market function across every product Pixtech ships. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London (2 to 3 days per week in our East London office, the rest from home). Start date June 2026.
This is not a role where you brief agencies and review reports. You will be writing landing-page copy, running Product Hunt launches, recruiting beta cohorts, building referral systems, and feeding everything you learn back into the product backlog.
You will work directly with the founders and the engineering team, with significant ownership from day one. You will own the full GTM lifecycle: pre-launch positioning, launch execution, ongoing acquisition, retention, and the feedback loop into product.
The pace is the point. You will work across multiple SaaS products in parallel, so no two weeks look the same.
Qualifications
Essentials:
3+ years of growth or marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS startup or agency
A track record of taking products from pre-launch to revenue (we want numbers and stories)
Strong writing across formats: landing pages, email sequences, social posts that actually convert
Hands-on experience with the marketing stack: Google Analytics, Stripe, an email platform, an SEO tool
Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities at once
Genuinely commercial: you care about CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn, not vanity metrics
Self-starter mentality with the autonomy to operate without close direction
Nice to have:
Experience launching products on Product Hunt, G2, or Capterra
Previous work in niche verticals such as hospitality, professional services, or property
Basic design skills in Figma or Canva
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
Familiarity with referral platforms (Rewardful, Tolt) or affiliate marketing
