Role: Growth Marketer Type: Full time, Paid Location: Hyderabad, India About StepsAI Steps AI is building an agentic AI platform that powers AI agents for businesses across e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, education, real estate, and financial services. Our AI agents help businesses automate support, qualify leads, recover abandoned carts, answer customer questions, integrate with business systems, and operate across websites, messaging, and social channels. We are looking for a high-execution Growth Marketer who can help drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue. This is not a “post on Instagram and schedule content” role. We want someone who understands growth deeply - someone who can combine creativity, distribution, analytics, experimentation, and execution to drive measurable business results. The Role We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to own and scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, outbound, and growth experimentation channels. You’ll work directly with the founders to: generate qualified leads improve conversion funnels scale campaigns optimize landing pages run experiments drive product adoption grow revenue You should be comfortable moving fast, testing aggressively, analyzing numbers, and figuring things out independently. What You’ll Work On Performance Marketing Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels Improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates Build retargeting and funnel optimization strategies Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages Growth & Funnel Optimization Improve website conversion rates and onboarding flows Analyze user journeys and drop-off points Build and optimize lead generation funnels Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, CTAs, and messaging Content & Distribution Work on growth-focused content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, email, and communities Repurpose founder, product, and customer content into high-performing distribution assets Identify viral and high-leverage growth opportunities Analytics & Experimentation Track and analyze campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics Build reporting dashboards and growth insights Use data to drive marketing decisions and prioritization Run rapid growth experiments across channels Customer & Market Understanding Deeply understand ICPs, customer pain points, buyer psychology, and industry trends Translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns and messaging Collaborate closely with sales and product teams What We’re Looking For Growth Mindset You think about growth holistically — not just ads. Analytical Thinking You are comfortable with numbers, funnels, attribution, conversion metrics, and campaign optimization. Creativity + Distribution You know how to create and distribute content that gets attention and drives action. Ownership You can independently run campaigns, identify problems, propose ideas, and execute end-to-end. Minimum Qualifications Experience running campaigns across Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition Ability to analyze metrics such as CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates Strong communication and execution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or startup environments Experience with SEO, email marketing, outbound, or lifecycle marketing Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Clarity, PostHog, or Mixpanel Experience creating high-performing ad creatives or growth content Understanding of AI products, agentic AI, or automation platforms Why Join Steps AI?
