About the Role We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to own demand generation and conversion as we scale from early traction to cashflowing and beyond. This is a part-time, equity-only role with a clear path to paid compensation and expanded scope as revenue milestones are hit. You'll work directly with the CEO and report to a small founding team (CEO, COO/CFO, CTO). This is a builder role, not a manager role. You'll be hands-on across paid acquisition, content distribution, conversion optimization, and partnership marketing. If you want to be a people manager, this isn't the right role. If you want to own a growth function end-to-end and watch the impact of your work in the MRR chart every week, it is! What You'll Own Paid acquisition strategy and execution, starting with retargeting across our existing audience tiers and expanding to cold paid testing as the funnel proves out. The conversion funnel from landing page through onboarding to paywall, working with the CEO and CTO on copy, design, and experimentation. Content marketing and repurposing across our existing cadence (blog, LinkedIn, Threads), with the goal of moving us from founder-dependent posting to a system that compounds. Partnership marketing in collaboration with our COO, who runs B2B outreach to nonprofit cohorts and capacity-building organizations. What We're Looking For Demonstrated growth marketing experience at an early-stage startup, ideally B2B SaaS or tools for non-technical buyers. We care about what you've shipped and what moved, not where you went to school. Comfort owning paid channels end-to-end, including budget allocation, creative testing, and attribution in a small-data environment. A point of view on conversion optimization that goes beyond tactics: you can look at our funnel and tell us what's wrong with it before you've seen the dashboard. Strong storytelling & written communication. You'll be writing video scripts, blog posts, ad copy, and partnership emails. You know what’s interesting in our space and what works. Conviction about the mission. We exist to redirect resources toward the people doing real work in their communities. If that doesn't move you, the equity-only structure won't hold up. Compensation & Path to Paid This role is equity-only at the start, and compensation converts to a base salary at defined MRR milestones, with the equity grant remaining intact. We'll be transparent about the financial picture in the first call so you can make an informed decision.
