Growth Marketing Manager | SmartResilience | Remote SmartResilience is a SaaS climate adaptation company trusted by global blue-chip organisations to manage and reduce climate-related physical risk. We work with companies in food, healthcare, and infrastructure to deliver site-level risk intelligence, adaptation strategies, and early warning systems. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own how we reach, engage, and grow our audience -- and help take the number of resilient places we protect from 3,500 to 100,000. About the role This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thinks in experiments, moves fast on data, and knows how to reach senior decision-makers in regulated industries who are only beginning to grapple with what a changing climate means for their operations. The growth challenge here is genuinely interesting. The category is emerging. The buyers are sophisticated but not yet fluent in climate risk. The sales cycles are long and involve complex stakeholder groups. You will not be optimising a mature funnel — you will be helping build one, doing it in a way that earns trust rather than just generates clicks. You will not be starting from scratch. There is already momentum, a clear sector focus, and a small team of specialists you will work alongside and coordinate with. You will work alongside a fractional marketer and an SEO specialist, coordinating across brand, organic, and demand gen to make the growth engine run. What you will own Growth strategy and experimentation: structured experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, with clear hypotheses and fast feedback loops Demand generation: campaigns reaching sustainability leads, risk officers, and operations directors across food, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure Lifecycle marketing: nurture sequences that move prospects through complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys Analytics: the growth dashboard, tracking setup, and clear reporting on what is driving results Sales enablement: briefings, one-pagers, and sector messaging that help the commercial team close deals What we are looking for 4-8 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS Experience running structured experiments and building on the results -- not just running campaigns Strong analytics skills and full-funnel thinking A clear writer who can engage a CFO or Head of Risk, not just a marketing audience Experience in or adjacent to regulated, technical, or policy-influenced sectors is a strong plus Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable coordinating with specialists Why this role You will be the first dedicated growth hire, joining a small expert team with genuine momentum.
