GTM Engineer

We’re looking for someone to build and run a scalable outbound engine that generates a consistent, high-quality pipeline and drives opportunities into trials and active deals. This role combines SDR execution, automation, and AI, with a strong focus on building systems that deliver results at scale. TL;DR Own the pipeline generation engine Own outbound systems and automation Own SDR performance and output Partner with the Head of Sales and CRO on strategy and pipeline priorities What you’ll do Design and build the outbound engine end-to-end: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, outreach, follow-ups, and re-engagement Manage SDR efforts supporting multiple AEs. Own SDR performance, productivity, and output Implement automation using tools like n8n, Make, and AI-agents driven workflows Connect and manage data across CRM, Sales Navigator, APIs, and other sources Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance Define scripts, cadences, and workflows aligned with pipeline generation Guide SDRs to move opportunities from first touch through meetings and into trials Discover and re-engage inactive opportunities by funnel hunting in the CRM and bring them back into the pipeline Work closely with AEs to improve lead quality and conversion Participate in call reviews, discovery, and ongoing optimization What we’re looking for Experience building outbound or GTM systems MUST Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as AI agents, n8n or Make Familiarity with HubSpot Solid understanding of outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, calls) Experience managing or building SDR teams How success is measured Pipeline generated Conversion rates across stages (lead → meeting → trial) Speed of progression through the funnel SDR productivity and output Re-engagement of inactive opportunities NetNut takes pride in building a cutting-edge residential proxy network, ensuring unmatched speed and stability for any data collection project.
