Our long-standing reputation comes from the care, craftsmanship, and expertise we bring to every project.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in bringing our projects to life. You’ll lead a crew on-site and help ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Lead and manage your crew, making sure everyone is set up for success each dayLay out projects and guide the team through installationsWork on a variety of builds including walkways, patios, natural stone walls, bluestone, pavers, and segmented wallsOperate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other toolsHelp maintain equipment and vehicles, keeping everything clean, safe, and in good working orderWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 5 years of experience in masonry and landscape constructionA valid Massachusetts driver’s licenseHydraulic license is a plusAbility to obtain and maintain a DOT medical cardCDL B is preferredA strong work ethic and the ability to lead by exampleWhat You’ll GetWe believe in taking care of our team and creating opportunities for growth:Opportunity to work on prevailing wage jobs (based on qualifications)Paid time offHealth insuranceRetirement planBoot reimbursement (up to $100)Bonuses and training incentivesPay increases for industry licensesAnnual merit reviewsClear opportunities for advancementYear-round work, including snow operations participation
