Job Summary Provide optimum insurance and risk management to entire Group for applicable risks. Develop cost effective risk transfer/retention strategy. Ensure timely claims settlement. Develop risk awareness and mitigation in Group. Roles & Responsibilities Provide insurance and Risk Management support to IFFCO Group companies after proper understanding and analysis of applicable risks. Evaluate innovative and cost-effective solutions. Keep abreast of latest insurance industry trends/developments. Develop/define a cost-effective risk transfer/retention strategy covering all operating units of IFFCO Group. Provide leadership and operational support to BUs for timely claims registration and management of claim settlement process. Develop top level effective relationship with insurers, intermediaries and surveyors. Develop risk awareness and mitigation in BUs. Help BUs in improving risk profile through periodic internal/external surveys of each BU, seminars and guidance notes. Build an effective, efficient and motivated team KPIs Risk management: optimum insurance cover for applicable risks. Risk mitigation: improving risk profiles of BUs. R isk transfer and retention strategy. Claims management. I nsurance and risk guidance. Team building. Work Experience Requirement 12+ years of experience including 5 years as In-charge independently handling insurance portfolio of over $1 billion in reputed insurance companies/industry. Qualification Masters degree in Management/Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management. Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK or similar.
