As we evolve into a truly modern, digital-first retail force, we’re looking for a Head of Growth who can honour our heritage while accelerating our future — across both brands.
This is not a “keep the lights on” growth role. This is the engine room.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-obsessed, fast-moving Head of Growth to own and scale our digital acquisition ecosystem across Monsoon & Accessorize. You’ll lead strategy and execution across all key performance channels while constantly pushing for meaningful, measurable growth.
You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and brand, balancing two distinct brand voices while building a unified, high-performing growth engine.
What You’ll Own
Performance Marketing Leadership (Across Both Brands)
Full ownership of paid channels: PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Affiliates and emerging platforms
Develop and execute best-in-class media strategies tailored to both Monsoon & Accessorize, respecting their distinct identities while driving efficiency at scale
Balance short-term revenue with long-term customer growth and efficiency
SEO, GEO & Organic Growth
Define and deliver a modern organic growth strategy across SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) for both brands
Ensure strong visibility not just in search engines, but across AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)
Partner with content and brand teams to scale high-quality, culturally relevant storytelling that performs for each brand’s audience
Data, Analytics & Insight
Build a culture of decisions backed by data, not opinions
Own attribution frameworks, incrementality testing, and channel performance measurement across both brands
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action
Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and smart budget allocation across portfolios
Experimentation That Drives Change (Not Just Learning)
Create a high-velocity testing environment focused on impact—not perfection
We don’t optimise for “winning tests” in isolation. We prioritise experiments that deliver meaningful, business-wide impact—not marginal gains that look good in a dashboard but don’t move the needle
Balance depth vs speed: know when to go deep, and when to move fast
Prioritise initiatives that unlock real, scalable growth, avoiding siloed wins that don’t translate into meaningful business change
Embed a “test, ship, scale” mindset across both brands
Media Planning Excellence
Develop integrated, insight-led media plans across seasons, campaigns, and key trading moments
Balance investment between Monsoon & Accessorize, optimising for both brand and group performance
Align channel mix with brand storytelling, customer behaviour, and ROI targets
Leadership & Collaboration
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, pacey growth team
Set a high bar for output, accountability, and clarity
Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and Tech across both brands
Communicate with confidence and simplicity—from specialists to exec level
