Head of Marketing & Social Content — Yes Chef Group NYC | In-office, 5 days a week | Full-time About Yes Chef Group Yes Chef Group is building a modern food and culture ecosystem spanning live events, media, community, products, hospitality-driven experiences, and digital storytelling. Brands include (but aren't limited to) Yes Chef Group, Yes Chef Food Fest, Yes Chef Run Club, Yes Chef Reserve, Yes Chef Tailgates, Yes Chef Supply Co, and Yes Chef Guides. The Role This is not a traditional social media manager role. We're looking for a highly creative, deeply proactive, execution-first operator who can ideate high-upside concepts and actually get them shipped, posted, distributed, and optimized. You'll work at both levels: hands-on creator for smaller, faster-moving needs, and high-level operator for larger initiatives requiring direction, coordination, and project management. You won't wait for instructions — you'll push the brand forward, identify opportunities before they're assigned, and move ideas through the finish line without hand-holding. You'll own social media, digital marketing, community management, and internet-facing brand execution across the full Yes Chef ecosystem. Anything that goes onto the internet representing the brand should be touched by taste, intention, urgency, and strong execution. What You'll Do Social & Content Leadership Own strategy and day-to-day execution of social across all Yes Chef properties Develop platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, newsletter, SMS, emerging platforms) Maintain posting cadence, campaign calendars, and content pipelines across brands Give each brand a distinct voice while keeping it part of the broader ecosystem Oversee community management and build a strong, culturally relevant audience Creative Ideation & Execution Generate high-upside concepts for content, campaigns, drops, events, partnerships, and brand moments Personally create finished assets for smaller or faster-moving projects Lead larger campaigns by directing freelancers, agencies, editors, designers, and shooters Turn raw ideas into ready-to-publish assets — not decks or moodboards Marketing & Growth Lead marketing for live events, merch, partnerships, and brand launches Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns, including ad creative Support email and SMS strategy, creative, and rollout Drive measurable growth across audience, engagement, ticket sales, merch sales, and newsletter Live & On-Site Coverage Be on-site at events to oversee real-time content capture and live social coverage Turn real-world moments into digital momentum before, during, and after Systems & Tools Build systems that make the marketing engine faster and sharper Use modern creative and AI tools (Higgsfield and other emerging platforms) to accelerate production Track performance and refine creative and distribution strategy based on results What We're Looking For Proven track record running social and marketing for a brand, media company, creator-led business, event brand, or cultural platform Equal parts creative thinker and ruthless executor — strong instincts for internet culture, storytelling, and visual identity Hands-on ability to create polished assets, plus the judgment to direct outside creatives when scale demands it Strong writing and copy instincts Fluency in modern editing software and AI-enabled creative tools Comfortable operating across multiple brands without losing clarity or quality Willing to be on-site for major events and activations Thrives in a fast-moving, high-standard, entrepreneurial environment Success Looks Like Growth & Reach Meaningful audience growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms Newsletter and SMS list growth with strong open and engagement rates Increased reach and views across the Yes Chef ecosystem Conversion & Revenue Ticket sales for Yes Chef Food Fest, Tailgates, Reserve, and other live events Merch sales through Yes Chef Supply Co Measurable lift from paid campaigns across events and products Brand & Community Stronger brand heat and cultural relevance across the food and culture space Active, engaged community that shows up online and in real life Each Yes Chef brand has a distinct, recognizable voice Execution Quality Speed and consistency of digital output, especially during live events Real-time coverage that turns moments into momentum High creative bar maintained across every asset that ships Partnerships and collaborations amplified to their full value Who This Role Is For Someone who sees opportunity before others do Someone who makes strong ideas real Someone who hates unnecessary delay Someone who raises the standard everywhere they touch Someone who finishes
