Abteilungsleiter Produkt & Marketing (m/w/d) As Head of Marketing & Product (m/f/d) Genesis , you will lead the strategic direction of the Genesis brand and product portfolio in Germany. You will oversee Marketing, Product and Customer Experience, from brand positioning and 360° campaigns to pricing, product strategy and the customer journey. Working closely with European stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will strengthen Genesis as a premium brand and deliver a consistent, customer-focused market presence. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams: We want you to: Lead the strategic development and positioning of Genesis as a premium brand in Germany, aligned with the European brand direction. Develop integrated 360° communication strategies and national and local campaigns across media, digital and social channels. Define relevant content, initiatives, strategic partnerships and campaign KPIs with a strong focus on lead generation. Shape the Customer Experience strategy, including personalised content, customer journeys, customer retention and lead management. Oversee the Genesis online presence in Germany, owned channels and community management. Create concepts for events, exhibitions, sponsorships and activations, and continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness. Lead national retail marketing and develop regional dealer campaigns and initiatives that optimise lead generation and the customer journey in the retail environment. Drive the activation of the Genesis Studio and continuously optimise the customer journey across processes, platforms and business functions. Develop product offer strategies and conduct competitive and trend analyses for premium EV and ICE vehicles in collaboration with the European headquarters. Manage pricing activities, product positioning and product communication, including the configurator and price lists, for the German market. Initiate special models based on market conditions in coordination with relevant departments and the European headquarters. Lead and develop the team, manage agencies and external partners, and oversee the departmental budget and reporting. Prepare business plans, management reports, presentations and decision papers for Top Management. Develop new topics, partnerships and structures while collaborating closely with PR, Sales, Aftersales and European stakeholders. Was Sie auszeichnet: About you: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and/or Product Management, combined with extensive relevant professional experience. Very good knowledge of the automotive market and its underlying market dynamics. Leadership experience as well as experience managing agencies and external service providers. You combine strategic thinking with innovation and creativity and demonstrated strong negotiation skills and assertiveness. You are engaged, responsible and flexible, with a pragmatic approach to short-term requirements. Strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. Very good written and spoken German and English. Good MS Office skills and strong presentation capabilities.
