Head of Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Operations based in Germany.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an operations expert who will shape and scale the operational foundation of a global, fully remote financial services organization.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across areas such as payments, reconciliations, business operations, and digital asset settlement.
