Key responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee all aspects of HR practices, administrative operations, and facility management to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. Work with business leaders to curate a performance-driven culture through various HR tools such as talent management, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and learning. Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and build developmental tracks for employees across all functions. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, coaching, and support as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Extensive experience in all HR functions, with at least 3 years of prior experience leading teams overseeing the entire HR functions. Experience working in a cross-regional or multinational company is preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and culture in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results. Excellent communication skills in English are a must; fluency in Chinese is a plus point. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience dealing with highly matrixed, fast-paced structure and navigating ambiguous & dynamic environments.
