CHANNEL STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT You will own and continuously evolve Red Bull Sweden's portfolio of owned and managed channels. By defining the role, purpose and audience of each channel, you'll ensure our ecosystem remains relevant, differentiated and built for growth. You understand how channels work together and know how to maximize the impact of every story, campaign and content opportunity. You also understand that the strongest channel ecosystems don't operate in isolation. You'll identify opportunities where creators, media partners and other distribution channels can amplify our stories and extend audience reach. CONTENT & PROGRAMMING STRATEGY You believe great content deserves great programming. You'll lead the development of Red Bull Sweden's content and channel strategy, setting editorial priorities and creating programming frameworks that drive consistency, impact and audience engagement throughout the year. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll turn marketing objectives, events, partnerships and campaigns into integrated content plans that connect owned and managed channels with creators, media partners and other platforms to maximize reach, engagement and impact. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping shape ideas from concept through publication and distribution. TRENDS, INSIGHTS & AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT You are naturally curious about culture, media and consumer behavior. You'll stay close to emerging trends, platform developments and audience shifts, identifying opportunities that help Red Bull stay ahead of the curve. By combining insights, data and creativity, you'll guide content decisions, unlock new growth opportunities and continuously evolve how we create, distribute and measure content. You understand how audiences move seamlessly between platforms, creators and media environments, and use those insights to drive smarter programming decisions. CONTENT PLANNING & GOVERNANCE You'll own the overall content planning process across Red Bull Sweden's channels. From editorial calendars and publishing priorities to major campaigns and tentpole moments, you'll ensure there is a clear plan that aligns teams and maximizes impact. You'll create structure without limiting creativity and ensure our channel plans are developed with an integrated mindset, creating opportunities for content to travel across Red Bull's wider ecosystem and beyond our own platforms. PERFORMANCE, REPORTING & OPTIMIZATION You use data to make better decisions. You'll establish clear measurement frameworks, follow channel performance closely and provide actionable recommendations based on audience behavior and content performance. You understand what success looks like across different channels and distribution environments, using insights to continuously optimize both channel performance and integrated content strategies. TEAM LEADERSHIP & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT You're not only responsible for the channels - you'll lead the team behind them. As Head of the Social media & Channels team, you'll have direct people management responsibility, leading and developing a team responsible for Red Bull Sweden's managed channels, owned platforms and content production. You'll create clarity around priorities, develop capabilities, allocate resources and empower the team to do their best work. By fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment, you'll ensure the team is equipped to deliver both day-to-day excellence and long-term strategic growth. Beyond the core team, you'll also lead and coordinate larger cross-functional and external teams for major productions, campaigns and strategic projects, including freelancers, agencies, creators and production partners. You'll work closely with the Head of Content and Communications Managers to shape Red Bull Sweden's biggest campaigns, projects and storytelling initiatives. From early creative development through execution and distribution, you'll help transform ideas into powerful audience experiences across channels, creators and media partners. As a leader, you'll inspire, coach and develop your team while continuously evolving how we create, distribute and measure content.
A passion for social media, content culture and storytelling, with an instinct for what captures attention, drives conversation and builds audiences. At least 5+ years of experience within Content Strategy, Editorial Programming, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Media, Publishing or Audience Development. Proven experience developing and managing channel strategies, content ecosystems or editorial programming for brands, publishers or media organizations. Strong understanding of audience behavior, platform dynamics and content consumption across digital and social channels. Experience translating business objectives into channel, content and audience growth strategies. Experience building content plans, editorial calendars and distribution strategies across multiple channels. Strong understanding of how owned, managed and partner channels work together to maximize audience impact. Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Experience managing teams and resources, with a passion for developing people and fostering high performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Working closely with the Media Network team and colleagues across the business, you'll develop channel strategies, creative concepts and content plans that bring Red Bull's biggest projects to life and maximize their impact across audiences, platforms, creators and media partners. You'll lead the team behind Red Bull Sweden's managed channels, owned platforms and content production, overseeing everything from editorial planning and content development to audience growth, performance and execution. From day-to-day programming to some of Red Bull's biggest campaigns and productions, you'll ensure our stories reach the right audience, on the right platform, at the right time.
