Health, Safety and Supply Chain Coordinator

The Health, Safety and Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs while ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control, supplier coordination, and supply chain processes. The role assists in maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and management systems while supporting uninterrupted laboratory and operational activities through effective resource planning and supply management. Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, or any related field. Experience At least 1-3 years of experience in HSE, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related functions. Experience in laboratory, industrial, or service environments is an advantage. Required Skills: Experience/Technical Knowledge Strong hands-on experience in: Inventory planning and demand forecasting Stock optimization and working capital control Supplier coordination and risk management Proven ability to manage and improve inventory KPIs (months cover, obsolescence, expiry, wastage, stock-outs). Working knowledge of HSE requirements in laboratory or industrial settings, including chemical handling, waste management, and workplace safety. Training or certification related to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, or equivalent HSE systems, is an advantage. Experience supporting or implementing Health and Safety programs, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, QA, and Procurement. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage competing priorities. Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis tools. Strong written and spoken English; Filipino proficiency preferred. Language Proficient in English & Filipino (both written and verbal).
