HEALTH & SAFETY SPECIALIST

Hellenic Cables S.A. is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to join our Health & Safety department in Eleonas's Plant. Role Description Conduct internal audits of industrial health and safety management systems. Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans. Supervise workplace health and safety inspections and risk assessments. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure continuous compliance and performance improvement. Qualifications and Experience Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Technological Educational Institution (former TEI – Greece) Relevant experience in industrial environment Health & Safety will be considered an asset. Flexibility to work in a rotating shift environment supporting continuous plant operations. Fluent in English. Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. Strong organization skills to prioritize workload. Ability to provide timely and effective communications to all levels of the organization.
