Let's introduce ourselves What you'll do Role Description: Accountable for one or more medium projects that are relatively low to medium complexity with a small- to medium-sized team. Focuses on the creation of the project vision and planning documents and manages the implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall project with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope. Job Responsibilities: Project Planning 5: Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework. Project Scope Definition 5: Conduct research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables. Stakeholder Management 5: Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support the development of effective working relationships for projects and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns. Requirements Management 5: Identify, elicit, and document project/process requirements, using appropriate modeling technique, if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project. Project Risk and Issue Management 5: Carry out delegated activities to support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, as well as the design of mitigating solutions.
