Featherstone, UK Full-time We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our UK HR team, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers exposure to employee relations, HR systems, people projects and process improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries, providing practical support and guidance to managers and employees. Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding. Support employee relations activities, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Produce HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning. Support payroll, benefits administration and other key HR processes. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes, contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, HR Shared Services or similar HR role. CIPD Level 5 qualified or currently working towards qualification. Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience using HR systems and managing employee data.
