HR Ass. Manager/Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all Human Resources functions within the hotel and serving as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. This position oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll administration, compliance, colleague engagement, and HR reporting while ensuring alignment with IHG standards and local labor regulations.
