We are currently looking for an HR Associate to join our Pawsome HR Team! Your role as an HR Associate As an HR Associate, you will support our HR division in our HQs and Logistics Center in Aspropyrgos. By performing multiple HR duties, such as recruitment, payroll, administration, and employee relationships, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive working environment, as well as making our employees happy. Your communication and organizational skills, as well as your passion for the HR field, aligned with your love for pets, will help you stand out in this role! Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Supporting recruitment process, including opening positions in the Application Tracking System (ATS), advertising jobs in various job boards and internally, screening resume, scheduling interviews. Performing end-to-end recruitment process for our Logistics Center, including posting job ads, collecting resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Onboarding & Offboarding: Participating in the pre-onboarding and onboarding tasks such as document preparation, collect new joiners documentation, and welcome new hires. Supporting exit procedures for our Logistic Center. HR Ops: Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Maintaining a record of employees’ absences, annual, and sick leaves Managing the shift schedule Preparing, updating, and submitting employees work schedules in ERGANI II Managing the timekeeping system Creating and distributing documents and certificates for the employees Maintaining an up-to-date digital and electronic database of employees Participating in the implementation of processes for the Health and Safety at Work sector Employee Experience: Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests regarding HR and Payroll matters Organizing and updating the organizational chart Building employee relationships and maintaining a positive work environment HR Projects: Supporting HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities, as well as perform any other duties as assigned.
