At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 职位要求 • Partner with related business leaders to translate business priorities into people activity and deliver HR programs and initiatives with consistent, timely execution. • Support department workforce planning activities, including headcount forecasting, employee capability assessment, workforce cost analysis, and staffing plans aligned with short- and long-term business needs. • Support talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, employee development, retention, and building a strong leadership and critical-skills pipeline. • Provide trusted HR guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance and conduct issues, policy interpretation, and organizational change; identify and mitigate people risks while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. • Lead plant communication program, with the ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate constructive dialogue, and communicate effectively across different levels and functions of the organization, to make sure transparence and fair. • Lead plant culture and values by partnering with leaders, keep EVC result consistence, to strengthen employee engagement, promote inclusive and collaborative ways of working, support change initiatives, and embed desired behaviors throughout the employee lifecycle. • Support SEA plant activities. • Other duties that assigned by management. 岗位职责与任职要求 Bachelor, major in human resource, Economics or a related field At least 5 years experience in HRBP roles. Quality and manufacturing process knowhow is mandatory. The ability to drive change, lead HR project Strong communication skill.
