Reports to: CHRO
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HRBP Manager with 5+ years of experience to partner closely with business leaders and drive key HR initiatives across functions.
This role requires a proactive individual who can drive employee engagement, performance management, stakeholder management, people strategy, and team leadership while contributing towards overall business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
Lead and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention, and employee relations.
Drive performance management frameworks, goal-setting processes, and performance improvement initiatives across teams.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring teams to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Act as a key stakeholder in resolving employee concerns, managing escalations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Analyze HR metrics and people data to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and manage the HRBP team while ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and policy implementation across functions.
What will you bring to the Table:
5+ years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably within the EdTech or high-growth ecosystem.
Strong business partnering capabilities with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven experience in driving employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and people management practices.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as DarwinBox is preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
