We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.Employee Records: Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel files.HR Support: Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.Recruitment Support: Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communication.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in HR or administrative roles.SkillsKnowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and communication skills.AttributesDetail-oriented and dependable.Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Compensation$50,000 – $65,000
