HR Generalist - S&D (UAE)

Job Summary Supporting the full-cycle of recruitment process mainly for management and for a variety of positions. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding candidates through collaboration with hiring managers. Roles & Responsibilities • Conduct end to end recruitment and selection process • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, reference checks and offers. • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & determine selection criteria • Support in creating, editing, and posting of job descriptions on various job boards • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately • Coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff • Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee • Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
