Main Responsibilities Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle (Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Offboarding). Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise. Develop and deliver employee training programs. Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes. Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters. Lead and support employee engagement activities. Analyze data to inform personnel decisions. Maintain personnel records, create operational budgets, provide input and insight to compensation and benefits programs. Degree in Human Resources or Business, with minimum of three to five years in Human Resources. Experience as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner in a multiple Manufacturing or Distribution Center business unit environment. Excellent communicator (written, verbal). Working knowledge of Canadian and US Employment Standards (including the nuances of same across State lines). A strong understanding of HR data and metrics. Strong computer skills including MS Office, HRIS (Payworks, Workable, Bamboo). Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Group medical benefits, insurance. Employee Assistance Program.
